So Krisp is a neko because Krisp has cat teeth, cat claws, cat shoes(sometimes) and a nice fluffy tail. However, being completely inaccurate as someone pointed out, a Neko is sometimes used me to mean any human animal hybrid. Literally Neko is Japanese for cat and in a certain context it is used for a hybrid of a human with cat.
